Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and w8job ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the w8job website at w8job.ws and all associated gaming and betting services offered therein. • You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have previously voluntarily requested w8job to close your account due to problem gambling. If you have self-excluded and attempt to re-register, w8job reserves the right to close the new account immediately.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, affiliate, or close relative of any employee or director of w8job or any of its associated entities, software suppliers, or service providers.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one account at w8job. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. w8job will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must notify w8job promptly if any of your registered details change, in particular your mobile number, which is used for account authentication and payment processing.
• You must not share your w8job account credentials with any other person, including any family member or friend. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact w8job customer support immediately.

• Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be designated as dormant. w8job will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder prior to applying any dormant account policy.

w8job does not permit the transfer of funds between player accounts. Your account balance may only be used to place wagers on the w8job platform or to make a withdrawal to your registered payment method. Player-to-player transfers are strictly prohibited.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

w8job supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in BDT. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment service provider in connection with transactions on w8job. w8job does not impose additional transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals.

w8job will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of delays in payment processing caused by factors outside w8job's control, including but not limited to network outages, mobile wallet service interruptions, or issues with third-party payment processors. 4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
